Baltimore’s Engineers Club ideal for Jean & Joe’s wedding

One very cool building in Baltimore where I enjoy shooting weddings is the Engineers Club, located in the Garrett-Jacobs Mansion in Mount Vernon. This stately neighborhood around the city's monument to George Washington is a snapshot from the 1890's, but the exterior doesn't give enough of a clue as to how elegant and well-apportioned the interior is.

Jean & Joe held their entire wedding celebration there recently and it was just the right fit. Because they only had around 100 people attending, they were able to have the ceremony in the Drawing Room, and they found the Ballroom ideal for dinner and dancing.

The "boys" arrived from their preparations at the Peabody Court hotel, and after a few photos of them in Mt. Vernon square it was on to the ceremony inside the club.
